As a teaching pastor at Village Christian Church, an award-winning sales director/company trainer for a large US wholesale manufacturer, and a retreat leader there is nothing Rachelle enjoys more than inspiring others to reach their full potential.

She currently serves as the corporate trainer and an executive chapter director for the national organization Engaging Speakers. In addition, she leads personalized retreats centered around allowing space for people to embrace the best parts of themselves. Her professional background fuels her passion to help her others take action towards change.

As a co-creator and facilitator she comes most alive as she fosters communication gifts inside the local church. The 18 week course, Manthano, exists to raise up and commission followers of Jesus to teach with confidence.

As a high energy inspirational speaker, Rachelle is also an emerging voice related to grief recovery. Rachelle has lived a story of loss and triumph that inspired her to create tools to help the grieving.

She is a lifetime follower of Jesus, and an enthusiastic speaker that brings a combination of humor, relatability and truth to all audiences.
